Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a senior leader to build field incentive-compensation governance from the ground up. The role translates launch strategy into incentive plans, owns payout governance and delivers trusted performance analytics across Sales and field teams.

You will design, test and govern plans, partner with executives and external vendors, and create dashboards to drive quota attainment and fair, motivating incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology incentive compensation, sales operations, analytics or sales-force effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern incentive-compensation plans aligned with U.S. strategy and compliant behaviours.
• Lead annual and in-year IC governance, including goal methodology, plan documents, approvals, scenario testing and change control.
• Own payout calculations, data validation, quality assurance and field communications.
