Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a working-leader to build the U.S. field-learning engine for its launch organization.

This role covers Sales and FRM capability-building, manager development, and launch readiness, with responsibility for certification and reinforcement beyond traditional classroom training. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Legal/Compliance, Medical, Market Access, and analytics to align content with strategic goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial, field leadership, training, or sales-excellence experience.
• Strong adult-learning, facilitation, curriculum-design, coaching, and performance-consulting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch and operate with limited infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading training for a significant product launch.

Responsibilities

• Build the U.S. field learning strategy and capability model for Sales and Field Re-imbursement.
• Design onboarding, disease-state education, product training, access capability, customer engagement, business planning, and launch-readiness programs.
• Own Sales and FRM certification standards in partnership with Legal/Compliance, Medical, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop first-line and second-line manager coaching capabilities, field-coaching tools, and leadership-development programs.
• Lead launch meetings, Plan of Action meetings, and readiness-simulation design to ensure field readiness.
• Create readiness scorecards and reinforcement plans based on capability gaps and feedback.
• Manage external training vendors, curriculum partners, and facilitation resources.
• Lead the training team and align content with organizational goals; partner across functions.
