Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director Insights & Performance Analytics to turn analytics into actionable commercial insights and to build the visualization and reporting layer used across the organization. You will translate complex datasets into narratives on patient dynamics, HCP behavior, and launch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics, with direct exposure to launch analytics strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in HCP segmentation, targeting, tiering, call planning, and territory design.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing BI reporting layers and launch tracking dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience managing agency or vendor partnerships from a data and performance accountability standpoint.
• Launch experience in Immunology or specialty/biologic products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Insights generation and patient journey analytics across datasets in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Translate analytical outputs into clear, decision-ready narratives for stakeholders across commercial, medical and leadership.
• Build a unified view of HCP behavior, patient flow, and market dynamics.
• Lead the BI reporting layer implementation, data flows, governance, and end-user dashboards.
• Develop and maintain field-activity and launch-tracking dashboards for commercial leadership.
• Contribute to HCP and patient segmentation, refining targeting, tiering, and call frequency models.
• Refresh territory alignment to balance workload and coverage; improve field deployment efficiency.
• Establish a field feedback loop to refine targeting and tiering over time.
• Oversee AOR data and analytics on marketing investment performance.
