Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on nanobody therapies, seeks a Director of Insights & Performance Analytics in the U.S. to translate complex datasets into actionable commercial insights.

You will build the visualization and reporting layer, influence launch performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy. You will lead cross-functional analytics on claims, EHR, payer, and marketing engagement, delivering executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics, with direct exposure to launch analytics strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in HCP segmentation, targeting, tiering, call planning, and territory design.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing BI reporting layers and launch tracking dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience managing agency or vendor partnerships from a data and performance accountability standpoint.
• Launch experience in Immunology or specialty/biologic products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Insights generation & patient journey analytics: extract and synthesize insights from patient journey analyses across datasets in collaboration with core analytics team.
• Insight translation: translate outputs into clear narratives for stakeholders across commercial, medical and leadership.
• Unified data view: connect findings to build a unified view of HCP behavior, patient flow, and market dynamics.
• BI reporting layer: lead implementation of the BI layer, data flows, governance, and end-user dashboards.
• Launch tracking dashboards: build and maintain field-activity and launch performance dashboards for leadership.
• HCP & patient segmentation: contribute to design/refresh of segmentation with Marketing.
• Targeting & tiering models: refine targeting, tiering, and call frequency models with new data inputs.
• Territory design: refresh territory alignment for balanced workload and field deployment efficiency.
• Field feedback loop: establish mechanism to incorporate field intelligence into refinements.
• AOR data oversight: manage data streams with partner, ensuring control and transparency.
• Marketing investment analytics: oversee analytics on marketing dollar allocation and performance.
