- Lead enterprise proposal management function with governance across the full lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of proposal professionals.
- Translate customer requirements into persuasive, executable proposals and strategy.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and timely submission of proposals across multiple pursuits.
- Manage select strategic, complex, or high-priority bids from pre‑solicitation to submission.
