The role demands a minimum of 10 years' experience managing proposals for U.S. Federal agencies, along with a proven track record in large IDIQs and GWACs. Responsibilities include leading a team for proposal management, ensuring compliance and quality, and maintaining departmental KPIs. Formación

• Minimum of 10 years managing technical proposals for U.S. Federal agencies.
• At least 7 years of direct managerial experience leading proposal teams.
• Proven experience with proposals for large IDIQs and GWACs.
