Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Director of Client Growth and Strategy, HHS, to shape growth across HHS and its programs. This hands-on leadership role requires deep knowledge of the federal health market and the ability to translate relationships into qualified pipeline.

You will lead strategic pursuits from identification through award, coach growth professionals, and collaborate across delivery, contracts, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills are essential.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary growth, capture, and account leadership initiatives is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across HHS and priority divisions and programs.
• Develop capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win approaches.
• Manage a qualified, multi-year HHS pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams across technical, delivery, pricing, contracts, and executives.
