You will shape policy, drive performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service.

The role requires strategic leadership, union coordination experience, and the ability to work on-site with occasional telework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 12+ years experience preferred
• 8+ years in management or supervisory role in a large org
• Valid NY Driver License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level operational leadership across TBTA and CBDTP
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and facility operations for bridges, tunnels, and related infrastructure
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and crisis response coordination
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure safe, reliable service
• Forecast workforce needs and ensure effective workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and procurement requirements
