Job summary

On Location in Los Angeles is seeking a Production Director, Amplify to lead and oversee Off Venue Hospitality experiences for Olympic & Paralympic stakeholders and custom groups, including budgeting, services, and delivery of programs. This strategic role requires strong local knowledge, creativity, and operational delivery excellence.

You will partner with Strategy, Business Development, and Production teams to translate client objectives into engaging experiences and coordinate venues,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing and producing events.
• Prior experience with large-scale events in Los Angeles, including a local vendor network.
• Speaks and writes fluent English; other languages encouraged.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized hospitality solutions for Olympic, Paralympic, and partner groups.
• Develop and maintain client relationships from initial contact to execution.
• Collaborate with Business Development on RFIs, RFPs, and client briefings.
• Manage overall event production budgets and timelines.
• Develop a database of venues and vendors to support hospitality builds.
• Onsite attendance at events and client meetings as required.
