On Location is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for Amplify—Production & Delivery. You will lead client development across production, creative, experiential, hospitality, and delivery, building senior-level relationships and translating objectives into viable solutions.

You will align strategy with execution, manage RFPs and pitches, and coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

15+ years of management/senior business development experience.
Proven leadership in RFPs, RFIs, proposals and complex opportunities.
Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships.
Experience across experiential, sponsorship, hospitality, and live-events.
Strong presentation, storytelling, writing, and negotiation skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Finance, Legal, Operations).

Responsabilités

Lead development of business strategies to grow Amplify's production and delivery.
Identify and qualify prospective clients and partners for live experiences.
Build a robust pipeline of new and repeat business across properties.
Own RFPs, proposals, pitch decks and client presentations.
Ensure contracts, budgets, timelines align with client objectives.
Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Operations teams.
