EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Sr. Director, Experience Solutions & Success to oversee strategic digital product initiatives and ensure business benefits align with EVERSANA’s growth strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management and Agile teams.
• 10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of customers and company personnel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients and activate teams to add services over time.
• Ensure flawless execution of EVERSANA ESS activities and connect to other business areas.
• Lead development and execution of the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing plan in partnership with commercial marketing.
• Collaborate with Agency account and EVERSANA new business teams to drive awareness and sales.
• Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums workstream and support SVP in data partnerships.
• Lead Omnichannel Advisory Council management and customer engagements.
