• Demonstrated ability to present complex data to key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate demand forecast, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Provide the forecast foundation for quota setting and territory-level planning
• Track performance against forecast and lead variance analysis
• Assist with commercial assessments for pipeline opportunities and business development targets
• Lead the market insights and competitive intelligence function, including research priorities and budget
• Serve as the analytical lead behind board materials and investor events
• Act as a trusted colleague and thought partner to commercial leaders

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director / Executive Director, Forecasting & New Product Planning to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will own enterprise forecasting and new product planning efforts that inform commercial strategy, resource allocation, and executive decision-making. The role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional partnership across commercial leadership, finance, market insights, and business development. It will also help shape board-level materials and investor-facing narratives through clear, data-driven analysis.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $285,000 – $320,000 annually
