Job summary

Smith Hanley Associates in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Senior Director, Forecasting for a fast-growing global pharma company. The role leads US forecasting, analytics and market insights across inline, pre-launch and late-stage products, partnering with Commercial, Medical and Global teams.

You will drive short- and long-term sales forecasting, oversee a high-performing team, and present insights to executive leaders while guiding lifecycle planning and launch strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Experience leading forecasting analytics/insights teams.
• Presenting to senior executives is essential.
• Familiar with prescription and medical claims data sources; IQVIA data sets.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle planning and launches.
