Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in compensation/HR business partner or related role partnering with executives.
• Deep compensation craft: incentive plans, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, finance, or economics-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen to influence pay and talent decisions.
• Strong analytical and AI skills: benchmarking, pay equity, financial modeling.
• Experience framing compensation options and tradeoffs for executives.
• Experience building relationships across HR and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key, influential partner to executive leadership teams and HR Business Partners.
• Design total compensation and job management approaches to hire, develop, and retain talent.
• Design and lead scalable compensation programs, including incentives, salary structures, and promotions.
• Collaborate with People & Places, Talent Acquisition, and Analytics to deliver solutions.
• Use HR tech and AI to analyze market benchmarks, pay alignment, and costs.
• Establish governance and repeatable mechanisms so programs scale.
• Drive improvements in pay competitiveness, retention, and pay-for-performance alignment.
