Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Sr Director of Transformation & Enterprise PMO to lead enterprise transformation, define PMO standards, and align investments with strategic priorities.

You will partner with executive leadership to improve visibility, manage risk, and drive accountable execution across programs and initiatives. The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional integration, and the development of scalable frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent are highly desirable
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, PMO leadership, or related disciplines
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or portfolios across complex initiatives
• Strong expertise in governance, risk management, resource planning, and change management

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into structured programs with defined outcomes and milestones
• Drive enterprise-wide PMO standards and governance
• Lead acquisition integrations and cross-functional coordination
• Build scalable PMO and transformation frameworks and dashboards
• Coach PMO and transformation professionals and promote data-driven decision making
