Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT & Enterprise Transformation) to lead enterprise initiatives across subsidiaries. You will manage IT implementations, transformation programs, and M&A integrations within the PMO framework, coordinating with IT, Finance, Operations, HR and executives.

You will ensure on-time delivery, manage scope, and track milestones, budgets, and risks while supporting governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3–8 years of project management experience, ideally in IT, enterprise transformation or operational improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations, system upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver, and coordinate teams within PMO or governance structures.
• Track record of delivering projects in fast-paced, multi-entity environments.
• Experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of enterprise and IT transformation projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation aligned with PMO standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Operations, HR and leadership.
• Manage ERP, CRM or other enterprise system initiatives and modernization programs.
• Support M&A integration projects including systems and operational alignment.
• Prepare governance artifacts and provide executive reporting.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for adoption of new systems.
• Maintain project docs, RAID logs and post-implementation reviews.
