Job summary
IES seeks a Project Manager (IT & Enterprise Transformation) to lead strategic technology initiatives across its operating subsidiaries and drive enterprise transformation programs. This role will manage IT system implementations, transformation initiatives, and merger & acquisition integration activities within the PMO framework, ensuring on-time delivery and governance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of project management experience, preferably IT/enterprise transformation.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of enterprise and IT transformation projects including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation aligned with PMO standards.
