Job summary

Collision Partners seeks a Director, PMO to build project-management, business-transformation, and management-reporting capabilities for scaling. This high-ownership role requires turning priorities into clear plans with accountable owners and measurable outcomes, including leading the Integration PMO and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, strategic operations, consulting, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and measurable results.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk management, executive reporting, and escalation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify root causes, synthesize information, and translate analysis into action and recommendations.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with work management and BI tools (e.g., monday.com, Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience building and improving scalable business processes, operating routines, and management systems.
• Strong business intelligence and reporting orientation, including experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, developing reporting frameworks, and translating business needs into data requirements.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and execution without direct authority, working effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong change-management skills, with experience driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Highly hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment with limited infrastructure; willing to personally build plans, analyses, reporting, and process tools as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with executives, functional leaders, and front-line teams.
• Strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in multi-site, acquisitive, automotive, services, or other operationally complex businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Collision Partners’ Integration PMO, tracking milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, decisions, synergies, and exit readiness.
• Provide executive-level reporting and ensure issues are surfaced and resolved before they jeopardize integration outcomes.
• Support enterprise-wide initiatives across Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Technology, and Business Development.
• Structure complex problems, drive cross-functional execution, improve accountability, and ensure initiatives are implemented and sustained.
• Strengthen business intelligence and management-reporting capabilities by defining KPIs, improving dashboards, and translating data into actionable decisions.
