Job summary

Brex is hiring a Senior Director of Enterprise Client Sales to lead the enterprise sales organization, reporting to the SVP of Sales. You’ll own retention, card growth, and SaaS expansion across our largest customers while shaping a multi-product growth strategy and building a high-performance team.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and Revenue Operations to deliver revenue outcomes and executive-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software.
• Experience managing frontline sales leaders in a second-line leadership role.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales qualification, champion development, and ROI articulation.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Net Revenue performance across retention and expansion, with accountability for card growth, SaaS adoption, gross retention, and churn prevention.
• Define and execute a multi-product enterprise growth strategy across products, buying teams, business units, and geographies.
• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Client Sales Directors with hiring, seller development, account strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
• Build a structured executive engagement program connecting Brex leaders with priority customers and driving clear business outcomes.
