Job summary

TowneTowne seeks a Sr. Director, Enterprise Risk to lead the company’s risk, safety, claims and insurance functions. You will set multi-year risk strategy, own the enterprise safety program, and manage claims across all lines, including TPA oversight and annual renewal cycles.

You will partner with Operations, Legal, Finance and HR to mitigate exposure across a multi-state, multi-site operation and translate loss data into actionable executive insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Finance or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive risk management experience.
• 5+ years with direct accountability for casualty claims & insurance renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk, safety, claims and insurance programs for a multi-state, multi-site service organization.
• Own enterprise safety program: strategy, standards, training, inspections, metrics.
• Oversee claims management across lines and TPA performance.
• Lead annual insurance renewal cycle with brokers and carriers.
• Maintain enterprise risk framework and business continuity planning.
• Provide risk analytics and executive-level reporting.
