OnTrac is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead enterprise P&C strategy, broker oversight, underwriting, renewals, claims, and board‑level reporting. This remote role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Safety, Operations and IT to embed risk controls and drive measurable outcomes.

You will deploy ERM methodologies and RMIS reporting, own total cost of risk (TCOR), set risk policies across property, casualty, cargo, auto, cyber and environmental risks, and build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant risk management experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep expertise in commercial Property & Casualty insurance program design and underwriting.
• Advanced knowledge of ERM frameworks and RMIS/technology enabled reporting.
• Ability to model total cost of risk and multi-year financial forecasting.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with Legal, Finance, Safety, Operations, and IT.
• Exceptional executive communication, including board-level reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise P&C strategy: program design, broker oversight, underwriting, renewals, claims and board reporting.
• Implement ERM & RMIS: deploy RMIS reporting for standardized visibility and governance.
• Own TCOR: optimize premiums and retentions and drive multi-year forecasting.
• Set enterprise risk policies across property, casualty, cargo, auto, cyber, environmental.
• Measure and report performance: KPIs for claims, loss trends, and program efficiency.
• Apply analytics and risk tech: identify loss drivers and guide mitigation strategies.
• Build and lead the team: develop a high-performing risk organization.
• Leverage risk management as competitive advantage while ensuring compliance.
