Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Risk to lead the company’s risk, safety, claims and insurance functions and set the multi-year strategy for these areas across multiple states and sites. The role anchors the enterprise safety program and oversees annual insurance renewal to optimize coverage and total cost of risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, business, finance or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Professional designation preferred: ARM, CPCU, CRM, CSP, ASP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk, safety and claims team across multi-state, multi-site operations.
• Own enterprise safety program — standards, training, inspections and performance measurement.
• Direct claims management across all lines of coverage and oversee TPA performance.
• Lead annual insurance renewal process to secure best coverage and total cost of risk.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Finance and HR to identify, quantify and mitigate exposure.
