Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks a seasoned retirement benefits leader to develop and execute an enterprise retirement strategy aligned with business goals and total rewards. You will oversee defined contribution, pension, and nonqualified plans, ensuring governance, compliance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities include assessing plan performance, coordinating with providers, and advising senior leadership on financial and regulatory implications. Travel up to 15% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years of management experience OR GED with 13+ years of related experience and 8+ years of management experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of an enterprise retirement strategy aligned with business and total rewards objectives.
• Evaluate plan performance, market trends, employee needs, and competitive practices; present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee administration of defined contribution, pension, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans; ensure eligibility, contributions, funding, controls, and data accuracy.
• Governance and fiduciary documentation; monitor investments, fees, providers, and participant outcomes.
• Ensure ERISA, IRS, DOL, SECURE Act compliance; manage plan documents, Form 5500s, audits, nondiscrimination testing, notices, disclosures, and plan error corrections.
• Manage recordkeepers, actuaries, auditors, investment consultants, legal counsel; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
