ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director in Retirement Services to lead our ERISA Consulting Team in Louisville. You will guide multiple teams, develop strategic goals, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs while mentoring leaders and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a strong retirement plan background, 8+ years of related experience, and 5+ years of leadership. Some travel (5–10%) is expected, with opportunities to shape the practice and grow talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years related experience requested.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Travel 5-10% annually.
• MBA, JD, or advanced degree preferred.
• Industry designations (ASPPA, NIPA) preferred.
• Public speaking experience valued.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic goals.
• Provide thought leadership on ERISA/IRS law and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate new regulations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage creation, production, and maintenance of IRS pre-approved plan documents.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
