Abbott is seeking a Director of Retirement Plans to lead strategy, governance, and administration of U.S. and Puerto Rico retirement programs, including defined benefit, defined contribution, and student loan initiatives.

You will partner with Benefits & Wellness, Finance, Legal, and external providers to deliver competitive, sustainable programs aligned with Abbott's total rewards philosophy. The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to drive program

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in retirement, benefits, or related fields with leadership in a large organization.
• Fortune 500 experience preferred; demonstrated experience managing retirement programs and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead retirement plan strategy, design, governance, and compliance for U.S. and Puerto Rico programs.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFPs, negotiations, transitions, and implementation activities.
• Manage defined benefit and defined contribution programs, plus student loan repayment initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong participant experience.
