Job summary

Prime Therapeutics in Topeka, Kansas, seeks a Senior Director of Financial Modeling & Pricing to lead enterprise pricing analytics and financial modeling activities. You will coordinate a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and drive an enterprise-wide pricing analytics strategy aligned with Prime's long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area; HS diploma or GED is required.
• 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in managed care or related PBM.
• 3 years of experience in project management, quality improvement and business analysis.
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products.
• Develop standard execution processes within all pricing and financial modeling work stream activities.
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with evaluation of strategic and financial impacts to Prime.
• Provide comprehensive and relevant financial analysis and reporting to Prime management.
• Responsible for client relationship and communication to understand and document pricing analytics projects based on capacity and capabilities.
• Champion and lead standardization of new best practice processes, procedures, and templates related to pricing and underwriting models.
• Conduct performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and development.
• Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and demonstrate Prime's leadership expectations with stakeholders.
