Job summary

Telamon in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Director of Construction for Data Center Solutions to lead mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will oversee design partners, subcontractors, and Telamon teams, ensuring safety, scope, schedule, cost, and quality across the portfolio.

This senior role requires deep experience in mission-critical construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders, with up to 75%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project-management experience in data center construction.
• Experience delivering construction projects valued at $10M+.
• Experience leading subcontractors, design partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with budgeting, contracts, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center construction projects from planning to turnover.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, procurement and risk mitigation.
• Manage KPM reporting, owner-architect-contractor meetings, and progress reviews.
• Monitor risks, drive recovery actions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with design partners, trades, AHJs, and internal teams.
