Job summary

PTMA Financial Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs and mature its PMO. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will drive initiative delivery across operations, client service, and technology.

You will manage multi-year enterprise initiatives, coordinate vendors, and ensure go-live readiness, with accountability for milestones, budgets, and executive communications across ELT and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including multi-workstream programs.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Knowledge of asset management, banking, fixed income, fund administration, or a similarly regulated financial services environment.
• Experience with waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-phase enterprise initiatives with an integrated plan, schedule, milestones, and critical path.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and readiness across operations, client service, and technology.
• Drive go-live readiness and post-launch support, including go/no-go criteria and lessons learned.
• Define and roll out PMO standards and processes scaled to project size, including intake, stage gates, and RAID logs.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and contract performance to deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare decision-ready updates for steering committees and ELT with status, dashboards, and escalation memos.
