Juniper Square is seeking a Director, PMO to oversee program management across the engineering organization, leading client-facing delivery for complex enterprise engagements. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive implementation and go-live, while building a company-wide program reporting standard for visibility.

You will manage a team of program managers, partner with R&D leadership to define PMO standards, and stay hands-on to drive high-stakes initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience across SaaS and enterprise software.
