Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Senior Director, Program Delivery & Governance to lead the PMO and drive end-to-end service readiness across telecom partner programs. You will establish governance, guide planning, and ensure successful deployment from readiness through commercial launch.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong executive communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in telecom program delivery or large-scale technical programs.
• Minimum 7 years leading program management or delivery organizations.
• Experience with external partners, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance processes and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Establish vision, priorities, and sequencing across multiple partner programs.
• Align delivery with commercial commitments, milestones, and objectives.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and decision-making processes.
• Own governance framework and accountability structures across programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery planning across regions and partners.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing PMO team.
