• Minimum five years in training, learning and development
• Minimum three years of leadership or management experience
• Experience in behavioral health or regulated environments preferred
• Experience administering or overseeing an LMS and training compliance reporting preferred
• Experience developing and evaluating adult learning programs across formats preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with priorities
• Conducts formal training needs assessments and builds annual training plan
• Oversees LMS administration, course assignments, tracking, and reporting
• Ensures trainings are mandated and documented per laws and contracts
• Designs and implements high‑quality learning programs across formats
• Develops measurable objectives and evaluates training outcomes and value
• Produces dashboards and reports for executive leadership and governance
