The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in learning and development with leadership experience, plus LMS and vendor management expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in learning and development with leadership experience.
• Experience aligning learning strategy to enterprise plans and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and vendor relationships at scale.
• Nonprofit/healthcare or CHC familiarity strongly preferred; travel ~10%.
