Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) seeks a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms to lead the enterprise learning platform ecosystem, including LMSs, internal apps, learner-facing AI, and integrated tools for associates, clients, and consumers globally.

You will shape strategy, governance, and investments, partnering with Learning Ops, Instructional Design, and Delivery to scale, personalize, and continuously improve learning experiences across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product-oriented platform strategy.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise roadmap for learning platforms and applications.
• Set long-term vision for the learning ecosystem and adopt emerging tech.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across LMS instances and integrations.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmapping with Learning Ops and Leaders.
• Translate learner and business needs into platform capabilities and investments.
• Manage platform lifecycle from concept to retirement with governance.
• Coach and develop the Learning Platforms team in a matrixed model.
• Ensure data-driven analytics, AI-enabled experiences, and vendor alignment.
