ADP is seeking a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms, to lead the enterprise product management for platforms delivering learning experiences to associates, clients, and consumers worldwide. You will own the learning platform ecosystem, including LMSs, AI technologies, and integrated tools, directing strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.

• 10+ years leading product-oriented platform strategy for large enterprises.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing analysts or technical specialists.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise roadmap for third-party and internal learning platforms.
• Lead discovery to translate learner and business needs into platform capabilities.
• Oversee governance, prioritization, and investment recommendations.
• Coach teams and set standards for the Learning Platforms function.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new learning technologies.
• Drive AI-powered learning experiences and analytics-enabled personalization.
• Monitor KPIs and guide investment based on adoption and impact.
• Collaborate across Learning, HR, Analytics, and Technology teams.
