Job description

ADP is hiring a Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms.
  • Do you thrive at the intersection of product management, platform strategy, and learner experience?
  • Are you passionate about delivering intelligent, scalable learning experiences for associates and clients worldwide?
  • Are you ready to lead the evolution of ADP’s Enterprise Learning ecosystem - including AI powered learning?

Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?

As Director, Enterprise Learning Platforms, you will serve as the enterprise product management leader for the platforms and applications that enable ADP to deliver learning experiences to associates, clients, and consumers. The ecosystem includes our LMSs, internally developed applications, learner-facing AI technologies, and integrated technologies such as survey tools, virtual learning platforms, e-commerce, and collaboration tools.

You will serve as the enterprise owner of learning platform ecosystem and learner-facing AI technologies, defining direction and priorities, while partnering closely with leaders across the learning organization. You will lead platform analysis, governance execution, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

You will partner closely with the Learning Support and Learning Technology teams, which own configuration and engineering delivery, including integrations and automations for learning platforms. While development teams do not report into this role, you will operate in a matrixed model, providing product direction, requirements, prioritization, and governance to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise learning strategy and platform outcomes.

This role is accountable for ensuring ADP’s learning ecosystem is scalable, compliant, data-driven, and future-ready, supporting best-in-class learning experiences for associates, clients, and consumers across all regions and business units.
