Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience leading product‑oriented platform strategy for enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience managing analysts and/or technical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and enterprise roadmap for learning platforms and learner-facing AI technologies.
• Lead product management and business partnership across Learning Operations, Instructional Design, and Learning Leaders.
• Coach and develop the team driving learning platform strategy, governance, and outcomes.
• Ensure governance, data structures, and integrations support analytics, personalization, and enterprise reporting.
• Define and measure KPIs for adoption, engagement, and learning effectiveness; guide investments accordingly.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new learning technologies to support evolving business needs.
• Operate in a matrixed delivery model with cross-functional collaboration across Learning, HR, Analytics, and Technology.
