Wpromote is seeking a Senior Director, Growth to lead new business efforts by targeting high-growth enterprise brands and delivering data-driven marketing solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, reporting to the VP of Growth and collaborating with senior leaders to differentiate Wpromote in the market while accelerating company growth through exceptional client results.

Formación

• 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience across marketing or related services.
• 3–5 years leading complex enterprise sales cycles with multi-threaded accounts.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy and digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with 3x in-quarter pipeline coverage.
• Lead ABM outreach and relationship-building with timely follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and robust opportunity planning for accurate forecasting.
• Translate client challenges into compelling pitches highlighting differentiators.
