Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of IT Operation to own end-to-end financial operations for platforms and IT solutions, including budgeting, CapEx/OpEx tracking, and SG&A visibility.

You will lead vendor management, contract structures, and ROI analysis, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and finance teams. The role requires 10+ years in IT operations or enterprise technology, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial topics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields.
• Over 10 years of work experience with IT operations, platform operations, enterprise systems, or technology-driven business operations.
• Proven experience leading vendor and outsourcing management, including contract negotiation (MSA, SoW), usage tracking, and invoice validation.
• Strong understanding of financial operations in a technology environment (budget planning, cost tracking, capitalization) and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Experience partnering with accounting firms and finance teams on technology assets capitalization and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial operations for platforms and products & IT solutions, including budget planning and SG&A reporting.
• Provide valuation and ROI support for new projects in collaboration with Demand Control.
• Lead vendor, OEM, and solution partner management, including negotiation and contract readiness.
• Coordinate handoff from Demand Control to Operations, defining readiness criteria and operating models.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation; optimize operations and drive cost discipline.
