Fingerpaint Group seeks a Senior Director, Engagement Strategy to guide capabilities across engagement, digital, market research and data strategy. You will drive strategic vision for clients and lead teams to execute with innovation and excellence in an omnichannel ecosystem.

You will collaborate across agency stakeholders to plan and execute integrated tactics, grow business, and shape the engagement strategy roadmap for key accounts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8+ years of engagement strategy, digital marketing, or project experience (pharma agency preferred).
• Proficient with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM.
• Familiarity and comfort with Google Analytics.
• Track record implementing omnichannel strategies and cohesive tactic ecosystems.
• Experience leading brand and tactical planning and fostering innovative ideation.
