Fingerpaint seeks a Senior Director, Engagement Strategy to guide capabilities in engagement, digital marketing, market research and data strategy. You will drive the strategic vision for clients and lead teams to execute innovative omnichannel tactics across campaigns.

You will collaborate with analytics, media and marketing technology teams to define and execute client digital strategies and to map customer journeys across channels.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of engagement strategy, digital marketing, or project experience.
• Proficiency with AI Tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM.
• Familiarity and comfort interacting with Google Analytics.
• Track record of implementing omnichannel strategies and cohesive ecosystem of tactics.
• Extensive experience leading brand/tactical planning and championing innovative ideation techniques.
