Job summary

Elastic Security is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Endpoint Security & XDR line. You will report to the GM and collaborate with senior engineering leadership to define strategy for endpoint, with a focus on AI-driven detection, prevention, and a unified platform experience.

You will grow a product organization, drive revenue and platform attach, and shape the go-to-market in coordination with sales, customers, and analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management in security or security-enabled platforms.
• Strong business acumen with responsibility for revenue, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Ability to translate market signals into a clear product strategy and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Endpoint Security & XDR, coordinating with sales, customers, and analysts.
• Own the agentic detection and response strategy for the endpoint in collaboration with SIEM and analytics teams.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, aligning their work with customer missions and business outcomes.
• Represent Elastic to customers, partners, and industry events, including regular travel.
