Job summary

Elastic Security is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own XDR and its exposure and vulnerability capabilities. You will lead cross‑domain detection and response, drive integration with exposure tools, and partner with leadership to shape the strategic roadmap.

You will work with engineering, security researchers, and customers to ground requirements in real threat intelligence, while maintaining a clear, differentiated product direction for a remote‑first organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience with at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Experience with XDR, EDR, SIEM or security operations, either as PM or practitioner.
• Strong ability to translate complex security concepts into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
• Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management with remediation workflows.
• Define interfaces between XDR, exposure, and attack surface signals for integrated products.
• Collaborate with Entity Analytics on asset criticality and context for prioritization.
• Represent product voice to C-suite and senior stakeholders and guide roadmap decisions.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and turn insights into differentiated product direction.
• Partner with engineering and Security Labs to ground requirements in threat research.
• Create artifacts like roadmaps and briefs to inform customers and internal teams.
