Elastic is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead Endpoint Security & XDR, reporting to the GM of Elastic Security. You will partner with a VP of engineering and the SIEM/analytics leadership to unify the platform and drive outcomes for security customers globally.

This role emphasizes business ownership, data-driven decisions, and a path to scalable growth. The role requires strong executive communication, security domain credibility, and the ability to expand Elastic Security

Qualifications

• Proven track record running a product line in security with revenue responsibility.
• Credibility in EPP/EDR/XDR and ability to discuss agent functionality with engineers.
• Experience enabling sellers and supporting deals with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive OKRs for Endpoint Security & XDR: revenue, win rate, retention and expansion.
• Set and defend product strategy with sales, customers, and analysts.
• Own endpoint detection/response strategy and align with SIEM/analytics.
• Invest decisions using data and customer evidence; shape platform fit.
• Lead cross-functional team and travel to visit customers and events.
