Job summary

Elastic Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a core area of the XDR roadmap, guiding detection, correlation, and incident response across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network. You will collaborate with Engineering and the Elastic Security Labs to translate threat research into concrete requirements and shipped features.

You will be the product voice in front of security customers, balancing practitioner and leadership perspectives while ensuring deployment across cloud,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in security-related product management or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR/EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics.
• Experience with telemetry and diverse data integrations in security products.
• Strong analytics understanding of detection/prioritization and threat landscape.
• Technical credibility to reason about architecture and feasibility.
• Ability to represent product to security customers including senior stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tooling in synthesis, research, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end-to-end from requirements to shipped product.
• Expand telemetry and integrations from Elastic data and third-party sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management prioritization and remediation workflow.
• Translate customer input and threat research into actionable requirements.
• Represent product in customer conversations and bring learnings back to the roadmap.
• Ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployments.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and GTM strategies.
• Create roadmap trackers and decision memos for stakeholder visibility.
