Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Endpoint Security & XDR business. You’ll define strategy, own outcomes, and partner with engineering to deliver a unified, AI-enabled platform across endpoint and analytics.

The role requires executive-level communication, deep security domain knowledge, and a bias for data-driven decisions. You’ll build and grow a team of PMs, drive revenue, retention, and platform leverage, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running a product line or business unit in security with full P&L ownership and strategic planning.
• Strong ability to translate market signals into a clear diagnosis, policy, and actions.
• Earned credibility in endpoint security: EPP, EDR, XDR, and technical conversations with engineers.
• Proven track record partnering with go-to-market teams and enabling sellers on complex deals.
• Executive communication with leadership, CISOs, sales leadership, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, win rate, platform attach, retention, and expansion for the Endpoint Security & XDR line.
• Set the product strategy and represent it to sales, customers, and analysts.
• Own agentic detection and response strategy across endpoint, aligning with SIEM/analytics.
• Shape investment decisions using data and customer evidence.
• Ensure endpoint fits the Elastic Security platform narrative and drives platform adoption.
• Visit customers, participate in deals, and support field with a true partnership with GTM.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers connecting work to customer mission and outcomes.
