Elastic Security is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Endpoint Security & XDR business. You will partner with senior engineering and GTM leaders to own outcomes across the endpoint, SIEM, and analytics platform, driving one unified platform strategy.

This distributed role requires travel and close collaboration with field teams. You will shape the strategy, invest decisions, and ensure customers experience a seamless, agentic platform.

Qualifications

• Experience running a product line or business unit in security with revenue, retention and pricing visibility.
• Credibility in endpoint security technologies and practices (EPP/EDR/XDR).
• Strong collaboration with GTM teams and sales to enable deals.
