Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow Elastic XDR, owning a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end. You will collaborate with Engineering and Elastic Security Labs to translate threat research into shippable product features and drive requirements across endpoints, cloud, identity, and networks.

You will engage with security customers, including senior stakeholders, ensuring your roadmap evolves with threat intel and real-world use cases while maintaining deployment

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in security-related technical product management.
• 3+ years in a related product development or technical field.
• Experience owning product areas from requirements through shipped, iterated outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end.
• Expand telemetry and integrations with third-party data (EDR, cloud, identity, network).
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management work.
• Translate customer input and threat research into product requirements.
• Represent product in customer conversations with senior security stakeholders.
• Ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and GTM strategies.
• Create artifacts like roadmaps and decision memos for visibility.
