Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management.
15+ years of CRO services sales experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven track record in developing mid-level and high-level biotech contacts.
Strategic business and industry awareness with ability to translate trends.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage staff in line with policies and applicable law.
Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and guide professional development.
Establish and manage an effective sales program for organizational growth.
Provide direction and mentor sales staff on performance and career progression.
Utilize industry networks to identify opportunities and develop relationships.
Monitor Customer Account Plans and business targets to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Participate in proposal preparation and defense meetings as needed.
Report to Senior Management on key sales updates.
