You will lead public engagement, stakeholder partnerships, and program delivery nationwide with executive-level communication and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in financial services, elder law, or nonprofit leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in elder vulnerability and exploitation.
• Proven experience leading multi-site or national programs with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to build systems and operational infrastructure.
• Experience building cross-sector partnerships.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for elder financial protection and financial stability programming.
• Oversee implementation and performance of programs across multiple markets.
• Identify trends in elder fraud and translate insights into scalable strategies.
• Build tools and processes to support program delivery and evaluation at scale.
• Partner with executive leadership to guide organizational strategy and thought leadership.
• Serve as primary spokesperson and public-facing leader for elder financial fraud prevention.
