Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA required.
• 12+ years in accounting/finance with leadership in a large public company.
• Big 4 experience required.
• Strong U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end closes and key estimates.
• Ensure SOX internal controls design, execution, and remediation.
• Provide technical accounting leadership for complex areas (revenue, business combos, leases, impairments).
• Lead SEC filings and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee global accounting operations and policy governance.
• Drive finance transformation and systems/process standardization.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing controllership team.
